We were lucky enough to come away as winners for Best SME Contact Centre Customer Solution. Our winning solution was an international Contact Centre for a dental group which was rapidly deployed in just 3 days, which boosted efficiency, cut costs, and elevated customer service. The solution delivered an annual ROI of £68,000 and increased appointment bookings by 12%.
